I've talked to some of you about this already, but I thought I should mention it again just to be on the safe side. For this Thursday's workout (06/25/09), I strongly recommend that you show up for the morning session. Of course, you can still come in the afternoon if that fits your schedule better, but this particular WOD will be much more fun (and motivating) if you have the opportunity to do it in a large group!
