If we have time, we might do vertical jump and agility testing before the baseline. If not, we'll do it later this week.
Post-WOD stretching
What's a push press? The push press is similar to the shoulder press, but you will have a "dip-and-drive" or "down-and-up" before pressing the weight overhead. Click here for a description and demonstration of the push press.
