haha guess what we did instead? you did not post it early enough!!!! haha we went at 9am. i based it off of u guys's last one on hopafence: 21-15-12-9 w/1 downback after ea. rd. front squats (brooke 45#, beth 30#, kjirsten 40#) and situps. we did skill work on kipping pullups and beth and kjirsten did 2x20 GHD. i did 1x20 b/c i felt a little squeemish in my lower back, and i didnt want anything bad to happen.
