10 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups

Note: Most will be doing jumping pull-ups, but if you can do at least one kipping pull-up, then it is time to start working this movement into your WODs. One option in today's metcon is to split each round of 10 pull-ups into a certain number of kipping pull-ups followed by a certain number of jumping pull-ups. For example, perhaps you've gotten to the point where you can manage 2-3 kipping pull-ups in a row - then a good option in this metcon would be to do 1 kipping pull-up per round followed by 9 jumping pull-ups. Evan - if you do this metcon, you should do all kipping pull-ups (but I'm guessing you knew that).
