We will not have MSCL at 3:00p.m. and 4:30 p.m. today. We will still have the 6:30a.m. and 10:30 sessions, and we will also have a noon session as well - come to whichever session works best for you.
Warm-up
Agility/Plyometrics
3 min AMRAP of:
10 Push-ups
10 Walking Lunges
1 Down-back (basketball court)
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 4 cycles. Record rounds completed for each of the 4 cycles. The down-back starts from wherever you finish your lunges - it finishes back at the end line again.
Compare to 06/18/10.
