The weights listed are listed in the order of "male/female" - with that said, these are weights to aspire to over time. We will scale the workout to everyone's individual OHS ability.

i don't like SDHP
i hate nancy with a burning passion!!!! But i will do my best so that i can get it over with as fast as possible
the fact that its named "nancy" kind of disturbs me :)
