I entered a few weights incorrectly when I made this video (my apologies!) - the corrections are below.
Andrew's bench numbers in the video are actually his deadlift numbers - here are the correct bench numbers:
67.5 kg (148.7 lbs)
72.5 kg (159.7 lbs)
75 kg (165.2) red - foot movement
Trevor's bench numbers in the video are actually his squat numbers - here are the correct bench numbers:
90 kg (198.2 lbs)
95 kg (209.2 lbs)
102.5 kg (225.7 lbs)
