In the video below, C.J. Cummings cleans 147 kg (324 lbs) and then jerks 153 kg (337 lbs). In doing so, he won the USA Weightlifting Senior Nationals meet this past weekend and set a national record in the process.

Getting my elbows up faster and right away
get my elbows up and keep them up when I jerk
Making my arms not bend to soon....going slow than fast
When I get back to clean I need to be more explosive with my jump

I don't clean but in rh I have to swing my legs to the right place. And in squat in need to shove my legs out.
I can focus on technique more on snatch and clean and jerk and I can stop messing around when I lift.
I need to work on getting my elbows up quicker
