- Please remember to bring your binder with you. We have some lockers reserved in the weight room where you will be able to store your binders, so you won't have to keep hauling them around with you. The lock itself is provided - you don't need to bring your own.
- Now that girls' basketball camp is over, the afternoon session reverts to its usual time of 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Again, you should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to that so that you are completely ready to go when 4:00 rolls around.
- Feel free to post comments on the blog whenever you like - I realize this might sound a bit ridiculous, but it's fun posting your own reactions to certain workouts and then getting to hear from your fellow athletes as well. For example, "That one was pretty fun," "Umm, I can't really lift my arms anymore," or "I did my first pull-up!" I know - it sounds cheesy, but give it a try. Hmm . . . maybe we should have some type of award for athletes who comment regularly . . .
- If I didn't say this enough on Thursday, then I should have - you all did awesome work during "Tabata This." That is a very tough workout, and you all showed great intensity through the whole thing. When we do that WOD again in a few weeks, you will be amazed at your progress!
