Perform each exercise for precisely one minute, then immediately rotate to the next exercise - the clock does not stop between exercises. After the fifth exercise, a one minute break is taken before beginning the next round. Record reps for each exercise and add for your total score. It does not matter which station you start at, so we'll have several people going at once.
Below, Chen Xiexia wins the 2008 Olympic gold with a snatch of 95 kg (209 lbs) and a clean and jerk of 117 kg (258 lbs). She competes in the 48 kg class, so this means she cleaned and jerked 258 lbs at a bodyweight of no more than 106 lbs. Amazing. Here, Russians Khadzhimurat Akkaev and Dmitry Klokov go head-to-head at the 2011 World Weightlifting Championships in Paris (105 kg class, i.e., bodyweight of 231 lbs or less). Akkaev won with a snatch of 198 kg (437 lbs) and a clean and jerk of 232 kg (511 lbs). Klokov snatched 196 kg and clean and jerked 232 kg, so he lost by a mere 2 kg (about 4.5 lbs). Both men will compete at the Olympics in London at the end of July.

I find it funny that the two people in the world championship are both Russian
It is very impressive to see the two Russian guys lift with such speed and power.
why couldn't the loser of the second video lift 3 more kg
First off, not only are these people brutes, but they also have incredible form.
Secondly, I would not like to meet either of the big scary guys in an alley under any circumstance.. When I initially saw the gaping maw of the first guy lifter open when he got the weight I nearly dove for cover underneath the computer desk, fearing he would jump out and rip my head off. *Shudders*
I think that they all have great form and the bar was bending when some of them went...that's crazy.
The Chinese woman caught the snatch very low
They make it look really easy.
the guy in the second video in the blue kinda looks like michael sisson
The Russians had incredible power, plus i agree with Logan in that the last guy looked like Sisson
Impressive form, even more impressive strength!
Lifting over twice one's own body weight is extremely impressive. I'f be impressed to lift my own body weight on any lift.
Demitri (spelling?) throws the bar way back when he snatches so he doesn't land forward.
the Russians have very impressive strength
The Russians can lift.
Those guys are strong
It's bad he lost by 4.5 pounds
Oh my gosh, it's crazy how they do that.
