Reminder - this Friday, 07/16/10, MSCL sessions will be held at 6:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 12:00 p.m. We will NOT be having the usual 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. sessions that day. You may come to any of the three sessions that day.

Below is a slide show from last Friday. Today's warm-up will have either bear-crawls, burpees, or both. Find a picture of yourself doing a power clean and comment on it - if you do this, your reward is half the number of bear-crawls or burpees in the warm-up today. If you can't find a picture of yourself (perhaps you were absent that day), post a comment (a nice one!) regarding a friend's power clean instead.

My back was very straight, but my elbows were WAY funky krunky!
Felipe's back was crazy straight.
OHHH i didn;t see the "reguarding a friends power clean" part. well in that case, bethy had a nice shrug and straight back.
My stance was too wide, legs pointed too far out and my elbows were not even close to high enough which could be why this hurts my wrists.
